Catch-all Emails in Shared Web Hosting
If you host a domain on our cloud hosting platform and you have a shared web hosting account, you will be able to activate the catch-all functionality for any e-mailbox that you create under the domain name. The Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section offers quite a few functions, but it’s stunningly easy to use, so configuring a catch-all mailbox takes just a click of the mouse. All the email addresses that you have will be shown in this section in alphabetical order and you’ll simply have to click on the "Catch-all" button associated with the concrete email address. Our system will alert you if there’s already another catch-all mailbox enabled for that domain name or if the one that you want to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding enabled, so you can either turn off the latter feature or choose some other mailbox. Deactivating the catch-all feature is just as simple and requires one more click on the very same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
A catch-all address can be set up with several clicks in case you’ve got a semi-dedicated hosting with us. The semi-dedicated hosting account will be administered through our custom Hepsia Control Panel and you will be able to set up mailboxes using any domain name registered here. To activate the catch-all option for a mailbox, you will need to click the symbol with the same name, which will be to the right of each mailbox. Deactivating this feature can be done in the exact same manner and will not take more than one click either. In case a catch-all mailbox has already been enabled for a specific domain name, you will receive a warning. The same is valid if the mailbox that you wish to be a catch-all one has email forwarding enabled, as our system will never change or disable any feature automatically.
